Abstract

Diffuz lipomatozis matur adipoz dokunun infiltratif sekilde asiri buyumesi ile karakterize nadir gorulen bir durumdur. Yazimizda sag torakolomber bolgede infiltratif tipte intramuskuler lipomatozis, epidural lipomatozis ve alt ekstremitede hemihipertrofi saptanan 14 yasindaki erkek hasta, manyetik rezonans goruntuleme bulgulari esliginde sunmaktayiz.
