Abstract

Bu caliGmada Ozel Sermayeli Ticari bankalarin rekabet stratejileri ve yayilim sureci incelenmiGtir. Rekabet stratejilerinin yayiliminda, “rekabetci” temeller soz konusu olmasina ragmen, ozelikle sektorde “kurumsal nitelikteki baskilarin” agirlikli bir rol oynadigi gorulmektedir. Kurumsal nitelikteki bu baskilar uygulamada bankalar acisindan benzerlikler oluGturmaktadir. Ozel Sermayeli Ticari Bankalar acisindan bu benzerlikler uc alan uzerinde degerlendirilmektedir. Bunlar; urun, surec ve yapisal bazda gercekleGmektedir. Ozel Sermayeli Ticari Bankalarin uyguladiklari stratejilerin yayiliminda, orgutlerin icinde bulundugu cevrenin surekli olarak degiGiyor olmasi ve orgutler uzerinde baski oluGturmasinin payi cok buyuktur. Benzer Gekilde, yeni stratejilerin doguGu ve benimsenmesinde orgutlerin yaGam egrisi icindeki yeri de onemlidir. Yine kurumsal bir cevrede yaGayan bankalarin benzer uygulamalara yonelme istegi, sektorde devletin kural ve duzenlemelerinin sikca degiGerek orgutler uzerinde oluGturdugu baskidan kaynaklanmaktadir.
