Nowadays, it has seen that the health service sector in Turkey and in the world are in a continiously development. In this respect, both public adn private hospitals consider the treatments which are focused on customer satisfaction, and they started to find the ways of more quickly, reliable and comfortable services. By doing these studies, they aim to improve the satisfaction of customers. For improving the satisfaction of patients, not only the quality of the treatments are important, in addition to this, but the quality of the room services (foods, accommodation, cleaning, comfort, heating etc.) are also important. In threatment organizations which have sleeping patients (hospitals), the importance of the room services and room services become more important with the increasing of the eGpectation of the patients. In this research, we tried to establish the affects of the room services on treatments and care services in Afyon Kocatepe University Hospital patients which are needs to be in bed. Room services are subjected in three factor groups (accommodation services, Food services, and Security services), and it is shown that the factor of Accommodation services has more importance between them.
