Abstract

Internet bankaciligina iliskin tutum ve davranislar, musterilerin teknoloji kabul ve bilgi duzeyleri, sosyo-psikolojik faktorler ve risk algisi gibi bircok ic ice gecmis faktor yapilarindan etkilenmektedir. Bu amacla calismada, bahsedilen karmasik iliski yapisini betimleyebilmek icin bir yapisal esitlik modeli (YEM) onerilmistir. Onerilen yapisal esitlik modeli, teknoloji kabul modeli ve planlanmis davranis teorisiyle iliskilendirilerek musterilerin internet bankaciligi kullanimindaki tutum ve davranislari aciklanmaya calisilmistir. Analizler sonucunda onerilen modelin uygun oldugu ve internet bankacili tutum ve davranislarin aciklanmasinda kullanilabilecegi ortaya cikmistir. Ozellikle “Kisisel Norm” ve “Algilanan Kullanim Kolayligi” internet bankaciligina iliskin olumlu tutum gelistirmede onemli faktorler oldugu tespit edilmistir. Ayrica “Algilanan Davranis Kontrolu” nun internet bankaciligi kullanma niyeti uzerinde anlamli etkisi oldugu da belirlenmistir.
