Abstract

Detailed analysis of used methods and rates of payment for forestry showed that almost all being based on the payment rates that correspond to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated May 22, 2007 № 310. The differences are given only at applicable coefficients, justification is absent. Some of the data for the calculation of the coefficients of payment rates are interesting and can be recommended for application on the territory of urban forests of Kursk. In the Kursk region forestry legislation is developed enough.
