Legal regime of digital financial assets and digital currencies

Abstract

The textbook is devoted to the legal regime of digital financial assets and digital currencies, including the legal regulation of the functioning of digital platforms in which their turnover is carried out. From a legal point of view, digital financial assets and digital currencies fixed in accordance with Russian legislation are considered, as well as the prospects for their use in the settlement of foreign trade transactions. To consolidate the knowledge gained, each chapter contains self-monitoring questions, tests, and a list of recommended literature. Meets the requirements of the latest generation of federal state educational standards for higher education. For students studying at law faculties, practicing lawyers, as well as anyone interested.
