Programmable logic controllers

Программируемые логические контроллеры
Authors: Oleg Shishov;

Programmable logic controllers

Abstract

The technical means that have now become the basic ones for building modern process control systems, such as programmable logic controllers, are considered. Section I consistently outlines the structural and architectural principles of controller design and operation, and provides an overview of devices available on the foreign and domestic market. Section II is entirely devoted to the practice of programming controllers: the languages and computer packages created for this purpose are considered within the framework of the International Electrotechnical Commission standard 613131-3. Meets the requirements of the latest generation of federal state educational standards for higher education. For students studying in areas dedicated to the construction of automated process control systems for modern industrial production.
