Theory of State and law

Abstract

The textbook combines the latest state-legal developments with well-established knowledge of the national theory of state and law, the most important of which is the provision on the unity and interaction of state and law. The information on the modern development and functioning of the state and law is summarized, their role and importance in the global integration process are outlined; the methodological basis of legal science is determined, socio-economic and political-legal characteristics of the interaction between the state and society are given. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. The textbook is intended for students studying in the field of Law, for students of various forms of training, retraining and advanced training, studying the discipline "Theory of State and Law".
