Abstract

The collection of scientific papers combines individual scientific articles by Professor G. F. Ruchkina, published from 2002 to 2021 in leading legal journals. In the above scientific articles, the author for the first time studied the relations that later became traditional for presentation in textbooks on business, banking and financial law. For the first time, separate directions in the science of business and financial law were developed and significantly supplemented. The peculiarities of G. F. Ruchkina's scientific works are the complexity of the research, the analysis of relations at the intersection of private and public law. For students and teachers, as well as anyone interested in financial, business and banking law.
