Abstract

The questions of loyalty increasing as most important condition of organization eff ective activity and key employees keeping are considered in this article. Distinctions in staff motivation at various areas of economy are revealed. Questions of personnel safety are considered. Various techniques of personnel loyalty diagnostics, and the programs of loyalty development in the organization are given, the role of HR services in the loyalty management is analyzed. It is off ered to unite eff orts of HR services, security services, marketing divisions in the loyalty management.
