Produtividade de alface orgânica em diferentes densidades de plantas

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a produtividade de alface cv. Vera com diferentes numeros de plantas por cova em solo coberto com lme plastico. O experimento foi instalado na area de agricultura do Sitio Ecologico Serido, em Rio Branco, Acre. O delineamento experimental foi em blocos ao acaso, com quatro tratamentos e seis repeticoes de 24 plantas cada. Os tratamentos constituiram de 1, 2, 3 e 4 plantas por cova. A unidade experimental foi composta por parcelas medindo 1,8 m de comprimento por 1,2 m de largura, com plantas dispostas em quatro leiras, espacadas de 0,30 x 0,30 m. O cultivo associado de duas, tres ou quatro plantas por cova reduziu a massa fresca da planta linearmente de 239,59 g planta -1 (1 planta cova -1 ) ate 56,0 g planta -1 (4 planta cova -1 ) reducao de 61,2 g planta -1 para cada planta associada, porem, promoveu aumenta da massa fresca por cova e maior produtividade comercial, que aumentou de 11,2 maco/m 2 (1 planta cova -1 ) para 14,06 maco m -2 (4 planta cova -1 ).
