Cliente hoteleiro Business to Business (BtoB) e o composto de marketing: o que é importante?

Abstract

O conhecimento sobre o processo de compra dos clientes e fundamental para que as empresas hoteleiras estabelecam melhores estrategias de marketing para atender as necessidades dos utentes. Nesta pesquisa, busca-se conhecer o comportamento de compra dos clientes Business to Business (BtoB) de hoteis, identificando-se variaveis e especificacoes do composto de marketing, consideradas importantes nesse processo. Para tanto, escolheram-se duas empresas de abrangencia nacional apos pesquisa em dois grandes hoteis da cidade de Sao Luis-MA. Observou-se que os clientes BtoB pesquisados efetuaram negociacao e compra diretamente entre empresa e hotel, sem intermediarios. Os fatores principais considerados na compra sao, principalmente, os servicos oferecidos, a localizacao e o preco; alem disso, constatou-se a importância do usuario (hospede de negocios) que dispoe de certa autonomia na escolha do hotel o que implica estrategias de marketing especificas para ele.
