The double pyloric channel has been described as a rare malformation which in the past has been considered congenital (Christien et al., 1971). In recent years, however, some case reports have indicated that this lesion may be acquired (Hansen Kronborg and Pedersen, 1972; Drapkin et al., 1974; Farack et al., 1974). Since, to our knowledge, no reports on this matter have yet appeared in the radiological literature, we feel it important to publish our case.
