A survey of the recent radiological literature has failed to reveal any reports containing illustrations of sarcoid lesions of the nasal bones. The following two cases are presented to show the radiological appearances of this condition. A 32-year-old woman presented with a three months' history of a hard painless swelling of the bridge of the nose (Fig. 1) but no skin lesions or lymphadenopathy. Biopsy showed bony spicules and giant cell systems without evidence of caseation, i.e. appearances consistent with Boeck's sarcoidosis. Bacteriological examination showed no evidence of M. tuberculosis directly or on culture. Laboratory tests.
