Abstract A simple method of obtaining a satisfactory record of cerebral angiography is described. The method requires no special apparatus, and is applicable to any department. We are indebted firstly to Mr. Brodie Hughes, for having been responsible for starting the work, to the Medical Superintendent, Colonel Samuel, for putting the facilities of the Hospital at our disposal, and to the carpenter, Mr. Brown, for the enthusiasm with which he built the tunnel and modified it as required.
