Work accidents are one of the most important problems encountered in working life. Every year many employees work in the area died as a result of an accident to occur, are ill or are injured. Aquaculture industry faced one of the most important human resource issues, because investors are not employees safe and healthy work environment because of having potential hazards and risks. Therefore, the issues of occupational health and safety should be emphasized on importantly. In this study, aquaculture plants were inspected according to occupational health and safety and summarized the findings. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.
