Abstract

Abstract The SEG Board of Directors has proposed replacing the article in SEG Bylaws that provides for indemnification of Society leaders, representatives, and staff with simpler language. A new Article XIV on indemnification would give SEG all indemnification powers available to it under Oklahoma law.
