AbstractWe present a rapid method for a double immunoenzyme staining of formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue sections using antibodies labeled with a peroxidase enzyme polymer system (EPOS) recently introduced by Dako. This method is rapid, taking less than 3 hr, is virtually background free, and has a sensitivity comparable to the more cumbersome indirect methods. (The J Histotechnol 18:35, 1995)
