Abstract

RésuméUn nouvel anti‐sérum du système Rhésus, l'anti‐Rh[27] a été fabriqué par Mme Th., de type Rhésus 1,2,‐3,‐4,5,‐[27] (DCe/DCe) à la suite de transfusions de sang et de grossesses. Le sérum Th contenait également un anti‐Rh3 (E) et un anti‐S qui ont pu être éliminés facilement par absorption avec des érythrocytes Rh:‐[27], L'anti‐Rh[27] s'est démontré capable d'agglutiner les érythrocytes de toutes les personnes qui possédaient les gènes R‐2,3,4,‐11[27] (DcE et dcE mais Ew négatif). Rh[27] complète une série de quatre propriétés antigéniques qui produisent un rapport allèlique curieux les uns avec les autres. Contrairement à Rh3 (E), Rh[27] semble être présent dans le stroma érythrocytaire de n'importe quel génotype Rhésus, ce qui suggère qu'un test de ce genre doit être utilisé pour les groupages des autres antigènes Rhésus.ZusammenfassungMrs. Th., die den Typ Rh: 1, 2, ‐3, ‐4, 5, ‐[27] (DCe/DCe) aufweist, bildete im Anschluß an Bluttransfusionen und Schwangerschaften ein neues Antiserum im Rh‐System, nämlich ein Anti‐Rh[27]. Das Th‐Serum enthielt außerdem Anti‐Rh3 (E) und Anti‐S; beide Antikörper konnten mit passenden Rh:‐[27]‐Erythrozyten ohne Schwierigkeit wegabsorbiert werden. Der Anti‐Rh[27]‐Antikörper agglutinierte sämtliche Erythrozyten, welche die R‐2,3,4,‐11[27] Gene (DcE und dcE aber Ew‐negativ) aufwiesen. Rh[27] vervollständigt eine Gruppe von vier Antigeneigenschaften, die zueinander in einem auffallenden Allelieverhältnis stehen. Rh[27], nicht aber Rh3 (E), scheint im Stroma sämtlicher Rh‐Phänotypen vorzukommen. Dieser Befund ist ein Hinweis auf die Notwendigkeit, hinsichtlich der anderen Rh‐Antigen‐komplexe analoge Untersuchungen durchzuführen.
