Abstract

La reforma laboral - junto a la tributaria, constitucional y educacional- es uno de los cuatro pilares del programa del actual gobierno. Así lo ha asegurado la ministra del Trabajo, Javiera Blanco. Sin embargo, ya entrando en el último trimestre del año, poco se sabe de los detalles de ésta. Es más, a mediados de octubre, la misma ministra habría dicho en una reunión con la bancada del Partido Socialista, que probablemente esta reforma se aplique en 2016, para cuando se espera un mejor ciclo económico. La verdad es que independiente de los ciclos de la economía, es imperioso comenzar a discutir qué tipo de organización queremos para el mercado laboral. No voy a defender ciegamente, sin acceso a la letra chica, las ideas planteadas por la CUT y el gobierno, ya que sólo sabemos, a grandes rasgos, que apuntan a “fortalecer” la organización sindical.
