Dos pistas: ni la clase media ni la clase baja. ¿Por qué, entonces, algunos parlamentarios insisten con tanto ahínco en rebajarlo?. Hasta marzo del año pasado, el impuesto a los combustibles –en rigor, el impuesto a las gasolinas– era de 6 UTM por cada metro cúbico. En ese mes, el gobierno lo rebajó transitoriamente por dos años, primero a 4,5 UTM y luego a 3,5 UTM.
