Abstract A case is presented of a subcutaneous extramedullary plasmacytoma appearing hypervascular on angiography. Previous reports have emphasized the subtlety of angiographic findings in this entity. Angiographic delineation of extramedullary plasmacytomas may be helpful to the surgeon and/or radiotherapist, but findings do not appear to be diagnostically specific.
