Abstract A computerized program for Sweet's localization of foreign bodies in the orbit has been developed. The 4 standard measurements are made from the radiographs and entered into the computer. The program computes the location of the foreign body. Improvement in accuracy as well as considerable simplification of the procedure has been attained. The program is relatively simple and is readily adaptable to most computers.
