Lots of work has already been published on applications for semantic schema and ontology matching. Unfortunately most of those developed approaches do not take usability issues into account. ARCH data integration framework combines usability issues with semantic web technology in order to provide an efficient and user-friendly mapping process. This paper presents preliminary ideas and technical foundations of the prototype ARCH data integration framework.
