We derive the effective action for gravity at finite temperature in spinor pregeometry. The temperature-dependent effective potential for the vierbein which is parametrized as ekp = b diag (1, p, p, p) has the minimum at b=O for fixed p, and behaves asp3 for fixed b. These results indicate that the system of fundamental matters in spinor pregeometry is unstable and requires the dynamical treatment.
