Change and the challenges it poses to businesses and individuals was the key theme of this year's spvs congress, held from May 10 to 13 in the spa town of Buxton in Derbyshire. The importance of recognising these challenges and of managing a practice team through change formed the subject of a series of presentations. In addition, the congress considered some specific developments affecting the profession.
