Sur 13 echantillons d'heroine saisis provenant de pays tropicaux, 4 contiennent de l'aflatoxine B 1 . Des aflatoxines sont decelees dans l'urine de 27 toxicomanes sur 133. L'attention est attiree sur ce nouveau risque d'infection (hepatite, sida) chez les toxicomanes utilisant des injections intra-veineuses, l'aflatoxines ayant des proprietes immunodepressives
