Abstract

A 40-year-old previously healthy man presented with 2 weeks of fever and dysphagia due to painful oral ulcers. He subsequently developed an erythematous tender rash on his trunk and extremities, and genital ulcers. On arrival, the patient could not vocalise due to pain. His temperature was 38.4°
