A vibration isolating apparatus for interposing between a vibration generating portion and a vibration receiving portion includes a main body which has a portion constituted by a resilient menber (20) and encloses a liquid chamber (26A, 268) which is capable of being expanded and contracted The liquid chamber (26A, 26B) is divided by a partition (16) into small liquid chambers which communicate with each other through an orifice (40) which is able to absorb low-frequency vibrations. A Pesilient membrane (32) is provided between the small liquid chambers in such a manner as to suppress rise in pressure inside the small liquid chambers so that high-frequency vibrations are also absorbed.
