Abstract

Calismanin amaci Turkiye’de iktidar muhalefet iliskilerini resmetmektir. Serif Mardin’in ileri surdugu Turkiye’de iktidarin muhalefete karsi tahammulsuz oldugu tezinden yola cikilmistir. Osmanli Imparatorlugu’nun son donemlerinden gunumuze uzanan kesitte iktidarin muhalefete nasil tahammulsuz oldugu gosterilmeye calisilmistir. Bu cercevede iktidarlarin muhalefeti nasil tasviye ettikleri komitacilik kavrami ile aciklanmaya calisilmistir. Diger taraftan muhalefetin sesi konumunda olan basinin iktidarlar tarafindan nasil sindirildigi farkli orneklerle gosterilmistir. Muhalefetin dile getirdigi farkli fikirler, farkli yaklasim ve politikalar demokratik siyasal sistemi gelistiren ve besleyen unsurlardir. Bu fikirden hareketle, calismada Turkiye’de demokrasinin daha iyi isleyebilmesi icin iktidarlarin muhalefete tahammul etmeleri gerektigi fikri ileri surulmustur. http://dx.doi.org/10.11122/ijmeb.2013.9.18.367
