Exophytic nodules were dispersed over the serosal surfaces, showing marked microscopical malignant features composed of both epithelioid and spindeloid neoplastic cells immunopositive for Pan‐Cytokeratin, Cytokeratin 5/6, Vimentin, WT‐1, and D2‐40.
