AbstractThis article reviews the various aspects of non‐immune hydrops fetalis, including the historical background, aetiology, clinical presentation, antenatal diagnosis and perinatal management, as well as presenting some data on cases of non‐immune hydrops fetalis treated in the newly established Obstetrics Department of the Chinese University of Hong Kong at the Prince of Wales Hospital.
