Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es wurden bei 450 Personen Untersuchungen der allergischen Reaktion auf Penicillin mit Hilfe des synthetischen Penicilloyl-Polylysin-Antigens (PPL) polnischer Produktion durchgefuhrt. Bei 24 Personen stellte man Allergie auf Penicillin fest. Von den untersuchten Personen wurde eine Gruppe von 91 Kranken mit aktiver Dermatomykose abgesondert. Bei Kranken, die eine allergische Reaktion auf Penicillin aufwiesen, stellte man in keinem Fall weder positive Reaktion auf Trichophytin noch aktive Dermatomykosen fest. Bei Kranken mit aktiver Dermatomykose wurde in keinem Fall Allergie auf Penicillin festgestellt. Die Teste mit Penicilloyl-Polylysin haben einen spezifischen Charakter. Die Verfasser sind der Meinung, das aktive Dermatomykosen bei den Menschen keinen Einflus auf das Auftreten der Penicillinallergie ausuben. Die Allergie auf Penicillin erscheint bei den Menschen unabhangig von der allergischen Reaktion auf Trichophytin und unabhangig vom aktuellen Zustand der Hautmykose. Resume Dans nos recherches sur Tallergie a penicilline on a teste 450 personnes a l'antigene synthetique penicilloyl-polylysine (PPL) de fabrication polonaise. 24 personnes etaient sensibilisees a la penicilline. On a selectionne un groupe de 91 patients atteints de dermatomycoses. Chez les patients allergiques a la penicilline on n'a constate dans aucun des cas des reactions positives avec la trichophytine, ni de mycoses. Chez les patients atteints de dermatomycoses on n'a constate dans aucun des cas d'allergie a la penicilline. Les tests avec l'allergene penicilloyl-polylysine ont un caractere specifique. Les auteurs trouvent, que les dermatomycoses chez l'homme n'ont pas d'influence sur la sensibilisation a la penicilline. L'allergie a la penicilline survient chez l'homme independamment de l'allergie a la trichophytine et de la dermatomycose.
