Low temperature co‐fired ceramics ( LTCC ) was developed around three decades ago. The technology is used in the fabrication of many various electronic components and devices. The aim of this paper is to present the possibility of applying Design of Experiment ( D o E ) methodology in the investigations of how co‐firing process conditions influence several properties of fired substrates. The achieved results are compared with literature data to verify whether D o E enables us to predict final LTCC properties without expensive analyses.
