The interesting article by Swarts et al. concerns the limited additive prognostic value of Ki-67 proliferative index in patients with pulmonary carcinoids.1 We should like to draw attention to another histopathological aspect of pulmonary carcinoids, namely tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) This article is protected by copyright.
