This is the first report of the potential benefit of employing melanocyte grafting to re-pigment senescence grey hair. The procedure could usher an era of safe and affordable senescence grey hair repigmentation. While this case report provides preliminary evidence of the potential benefit of this procedure, it is unknown how long the repigmentation will last, the amount of melanocytes required to re- pigment a 1 cm2 and the overall patient satisfaction with the procedure.
