It is an interesting and educational task for obstetricians to decide on the type of delivery for fetuses in breech presentation at term. Vlemmix et al.’s results are long-term data and they present a large material in order to provide evidence on which to base decisions for obstetricians (1). I also agree with Dr. Sholapurkar s points in his Letter to the Editor and with regard to the Reply letter (2,3).
