This work describes the interval extension of the Haar Wavelet Transform (HWT), implemented with C-XSC, being the first step on the development of the Int-DWTs library, which will provide interval results for several Discrete Wavelet Transforms (DWTs). Optimizations for the normalized formulation of the 1D and 2D transforms in order to increase the accuracy of the results are also presented. In this work, 1D and 2D applications are addressed, as well as the error analysis of the different interval formulations studied for the transformations.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
