The purpose of this paper is to create an Internet application for an electronic Administrative Office [Urza?d Gminy]. `E-gmina' is a system which enables quick access for individuals, public institutions and organizations, administration workers, and other inquirers. The system provides information concerning current affairs and activities run by the Administrative Office and allows for easier contact with its employees. All transactions in the `e-Gmina' system are handled via its website.
