On the application of the international air transportation policies in interregional air transportation of China

Abstract

The policy application of the interregional air transportation is a special problem in China for the sake of the different law regions. The No.56 of the Montreal Convention-“States with more than one System of Law”-provides for a resolution, but it can not deal with the intracating situation in China. As to the interregional air transportation, a reasonable resolvment is gradual. First, commercial agreements among the airline companies should be managed to heighten the amount of compensation; Second, govenments of different regions should frame a guidance according to the Montreal Convention; Third, a uniform interregional air transportation law should be constituted.
