Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) is a very powerful reliability analysis tool when well organized and used in a timely manner. Main objectives of FMECA are to identify the potential failure modes within the system design and to propose any possible mitigation actions. It is a challenge to define and classify the outputs of FMECA and distribute them for the action of the related customers.
