Huntington's disease is a progressive, genetic, neurodegenerative disorder that causes emotional, behavioral and motor abnormalities. The disease progresses to death and the effects of the disease can only be controlled by medication for a short time. This paper primarily focuses on the mechanical aspect of the disease i.e. disease progression due to nerve degeneration. The purpose of this project was to simulate the disease and its progression. Simple but meaningful neural circuits were designed and tested with interesting and satisfying results.
