
Aiming to the dynamic electromagnetic characteristic of the space target, a high-effective and real-time simulation method is proposed to suffice the demand of the engineering project. Firstly, use the coordinate transform means to calculate the pitch and aspect angle of Line of Sight(LOS) in the radar reference frame; And, calculate the rotate angle between the polarization basis vector of the target reference frame and the radar reference frame; Finally, the dynamic full-polar electromagnetic characteristic is acquired by the polar transform matrix. The examination analyzes the dynamic scattering characteristic of the typical space target in flying process. The proposed method is consistent with the common interpolation method based on static full polarization data, which indicates that the dynamic characteristic of target is related to the polarization basis of the radar sensor. And the validity of the method is proved.
