Research on the Evaluation of Sustainable Development in Cangzhou City Based on Neural-Network-AHP

Abstract

Sustainable development has been regarded as the common goal of development of both economy and society by all the countries of the world. How to determine the ability of sustainable development is a key issue to be solved. In this paper, Cangzhou city is considered as the plant, and the evaluation index is set up for it. To overcome the shortcoming that it is difficult to determine the power matrix using AHP, neural networks (NN) is adopted here. The evaluation method combines the metrics both the ability of self-optimization of NN and the experience of experts. The sustainable development level of Cangzhou in society, economy, zoology, resource, science and technology is investigated further.
