Abstract

Introduce a CNC system for nonstandard machine tool based on PLC and programmable multi-axis controller, which is appLied to CNC machine. Comparing with traditional CNC system, the proposed design has not only simpLified machine tool structure and control system, but also make user's program simpLification. The control functions of PLC are introduced and the PLC ladder diagram is given out.
