This paper designed a system for the application of fiber Bragg grating sensor in intelligent ammunition. The Fluent in Ansys was used to study the environmental temperature measurement of the ammunition body under different flow attack angles and different Mach Numbers. By establishing the geometric model, the grid of calculation region was divided, relevant parameters in Fluent were set, and multiple iterations were carried out until convergence. By analyzing the simulation results, the corresponding temperature and other parameters can be obtained. According to the temperature distribution cloud map on the surface of the ammunition and the temperature measurement at the preset installation location, the higher packaging requirements of the ballistic fiber sensor can be obtained, which provides a basis for the design and use of fiber grating sensors on Intelligent ammunition.
