In the stress testing demand analysis, testers need to for estimate some test parameters used to design the test scenarios for different applications. These test parameters always affect the accuracy of stress testing. In this paper, with some knowledge of stochastic processes and queuing theory, we make a study of the estimation method of testing parameters which are commonly used in stress testing. Through the application in some actual test cases, we verified the usefulness of the estimation method.
