This paper is devoted to the issues of improving the quality of information protection algorithms by using blocks of stochastic transformation or R-blocks. The principles of R-blocks building are considered, as well as examples of their using in the construction of block and streaming algorithms for information encryption. Attempts to analyze the unpredictability of R-blocks are made. The estimation of statistical properties of R-blocks is given, in particular, the scattering and mixing properties of R-blocks and traditional replacement blocks (S-blocks) are compared. Recommendations to improve the quality of R-blocks are given.
citations This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0
popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average
