Comparison of IEEE C37.118.2-2011 standard and GB/T 26865.2-2011 standard based on synchrophasor data transfer

Abstract

With the development of synchronous phasor measurement technology and the improvement in the application of power systems, the relevant international organizations and country have issued and revised the synchronous phasor related standards. In this paper, we discuss the synchronous phasor data tracansmission according to IEEE C37.118.2-2011 and GB/T 26865.2-2011, including the format of the message frame, the support of the data transmission protocol and the transmission of the offline file and so on, analyzes the causes of the differences between China and international standards, and provides a reference for the international synchronization phasor measurement standard and the further improvement of our domestic standard.
