Telemedicine system requires video support in which many key information of patients is included such as pulse motion and skin color changes. But those motion are too small to be well perceived by the naked eye. In this paper we proposed a video minor motion magnification system that can magnify the minor motion of pulse of neck and wrist and magnify the color changes of human skin in videos of patient. The experiments show that our system can magnify the pulse motion skin color changes to the extent that can be obviously perceived by naked eye. So that experts can fetch more information from the video of patients through the proposed video minor motion magnification system.
